Campus Shuttle Buses

The University sponsors a shuttle program for students through Public Safety, making it easier and safer for students to travel across campus at night. This service is provided in coordination with the campus STRIPE program. Shuttle service runs every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. during the fall and spring semesters (except Thanksgiving).

Bicycles

To encourage use of alternative transportation methods, racks that can hold over 200 bikes have been installed across campus. Grab your bike and head to class in the fresh, California air.

Safety and Security

Public Safety Services

Pacific is one of only two private universities in California whose Public Safety officers have full police officer powers. Public Safety offers a full range of police services on campus through the implementation of safety programs and features.

Sacramento Campus Safety Walk Program

Public Safety Officers will provide an escort for students and staff members to and from campus parking lots, offices and campus residences. To request a Safe Walk escort, call 916.739.7200 or contact the attendant on duty at the Law Library circulation desk.

Stockton Campus STRIPES

The STRIPES service provides escorts to people on campus and extends the presence of the University Police. If you are traveling in a larger group that STRIPES cannot accommodate in one trip, consider the Campus Shuttle Program.

Feeling hungry?

University of the Pacific dining halls serve all-you-care-to-eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. So you can enjoy food from around the world, right on campus. You can even suggest they serve your favorite meal from home.
