Let us know your arrival details.

All students are required to submit arrival details before they depart for University of the Pacific.

Please provide your arrival details at least 15 days in advance to the program start date. We need to know when you are arriving so we can confirm your housing and enrollment, it also helps the campus team prepare for your arrival and make your big day go as smoothly as possible. The Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is highly recommended as our primary airport and San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is our secondary airport as a back-up if necessary.

Arriving before your scheduled move-in date?

You will need to arrange your own private airport transfer and accommodation. Please refer to your Next Steps Guide: Before You Arrive booklet for a list of hotels and transportation services near the University. Contact us at admissions@UOPInternational.org if you are arriving outside of the move-in date and would like to book an airport transfer service. We will do our best to accommodate requests outside of move-in dates.
