At University of the Pacific’s Stockton campus, there are many different on-campus options for undergraduate and graduate students. These convenient on-campus housing come with all utilities included.

As a graduate student at Pacific’s San Francisco campus, you may live wherever you choose. UOP International has partnered with Kapi Residences to offer students fully-furnished, top-of-the-line apartments in the Bay Area. You may also find a residence on your own.

'Deposit ID' is the eight (8) digit number found on the third page of your conditional offer letter in the Payment Instruction Section. Be sure to include all zeros at the beginning of the number.



To complete the form, put “1st” next to your first choice for housing type. Put “2nd” next to your second choice for housing type. Put “3rd” next to your third choice for housing type. Put "4th" next to your fourth choice for housing type. Please note if you do not complete and submit this form, you will be randomly assigned to housing.

Notes:
  • General English Students will pay pro-rated costs for their General English Terms, plus the amount for the programs listed below (cost may increase for 2022-2023. Refer to the program microsite for most up-to-date costs). 
  • All students admitted via the International Direct process are guaranteed housing as part of the program. Living in program housing will enhance your university experience and is required for all first and second year undergraduate students.
  • Please note that while housing is guaranteed, we cannot promise we will be able to match each student with their preferred housing option.
  • Payment for housing is due in full by the published due date on your statement of fees. Late payments or failure to pay housing costs may result in additional fees. Cancelling your housing contract may result in forfeiture of your entire housing payment.
